Return Policy

Teswill has a general policy of 100% satisfaction or your money back. It is our goal to make every customer 100% satisfied and we're very happy to say our return rate at the time of this writing is under 0.1%.

The few customers that have had returns were very surprised at how easy we were to work with and the nature of their return usually had nothing to do with the price or quality of the product. We will not try to hard sell you into something you're not happy with. We will, however, want to know exactly what the problem is so we can better serve other customers and improve our products.

There are very few exceptions to our return policy, and most of them are common sense (We can't take back a bathing suit you wore to the beach). If you have any question about a product or service, email us at info@teswill.com

Shipped Products

1.    CUSTOMER MAY RETURN ANY DEFECTIVE OR UNWANTED PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM TESWILL WITH AN AUTHORIZED R.A.# (RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OF DELIVERY. ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITH ALL WARRANTY CARDS, MANUALS AND ACCESSORIES INCLUDED. THERE WILL BE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE BASED ON THE CONDITION OF PRODUCTS RETURNED. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!

2.    TO RETURN AN ITEM, CUSTOMER MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:

¡P      EMAIL TO NOTIFY Teswill at sales@teswill.com PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, & PART NUMBER AVAILABLE. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (R.A.#) WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU. PLEASE DISPLAY THIS NUMBER PROMINENTLY ON ALL PACKAGING. IN CASE AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE TESWILL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED WILL ISSUE A CALL TAG TO A CUSTOMER AT OUR EXPENSE *ONLY IF* RETURN SHIPPING IS UNDER $10. IF SHIPPING IS more than $10, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY RETURN SHIPPING.

¡P      ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING & PAPERWORK MUST BE RETURNED IN RESALABLE (AS NEW) CONDITION ON ALL PRODUCTS UPON WHICH A REFUND IS REQUESTED [Customer Note: Returned items will not be sold from our web site]

CUSTOMER MUST CLEARLY MARK ALL RETURNS WITH R.A.#, CUSTOMERS NAME, ADDRESS, AND TELEPHONE NUMBER SO Teswill Technology Limited CAN PROPERLY CREDIT CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT.

A TEN PERCENT (10%) RESTOCKING/REPACKAGING FEE ($10.00 MINIMUM) WILL BE CHARGED AGAINST CUSTOMER'S REFUND IF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET. IF ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND PAPERWORK DO NOT ACCOMPANY THE RETURN, THE COST OF REPLACEMENT OF SUCH ITEMS SHALL BE CHARGED AGAINST CUSTOMER'S REFUND. THIS WILL BE IN ADDITION TO THE RESTOCKING FEE.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MERCHANDISE RETURNS BE ACCEPTED AFTER 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ALL NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS.

3.    CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS RETURN PERIOD IS THE EXCLUSIVE PERIOD OFFERED BY Teswill Technology Limited.  CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT Teswill Technology Limited IS MERELY THE SELLER OF GOODS AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY GOODS PURCHASED THROUGH Teswill Technology Limited

4.    Teswill Technology Limited HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL. Teswill Technolgy Limited IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES THAT ARISE OUT OF OR ARE RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH Teswill Technlogy Limited

      CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THAT THE ONLY WARRANTIES CUSTOMER RECEIVES ARE MANUFACTURES' WARRANTIES, ISSUED BY AND THROUGH THE MANUFACTURER AND SUCH WARRANTIES ARE CUSTOMER'S EXCLUSIVE MEANS OF REDRESS.
