Changes or cancellation of online orders can be made at any time during the shopping process. Once order has been submitted, you will not be able to make changes online. If you need to make any change after submission, you must contact our customer service department immediately to receive a confirmation of change. Failure to do this on a timely manner will allow orders to be processed. Changes and cancellation cannot be made without penalty once order has been processed. A minimum of fifteen percent (15%) handling charge may be applied on all changes or cancellation made to processed orders. |
